Hello everyone! I'm still working out some things in my life right now, but I think I'm going to step into the world of adoptables! :star:

Designing characters is really fun for me, and who knows? Maybe it can be profitable! :) This is a test-run to see if I can manage it. I need extra money!!!

What is an adoptable?

:bulletblue: An adoptable is a character an artist designs and offers the rights to said character to someone who pays. Whoever wins the auction will get all the rights to the character and, in effect, make it their own character. It becomes an OC of the person who buys it. :bulletblue:

:bulletred: Here's how my Adoptable Auctions will go: :bulletred:

My prices may differ depending on the complexity of the character.

:star: here are the rules for my auctions:

1. You can only bid if you have a PAYPAL account. this is the only way I will get payment from you.

2. Always read my descriptions!!! In the description, I will state the prices of the adoptables. I will state in the description:

-The Date the auction ends (you only have until this date or time to bid the highest!)

-The starting bid for the adoptables (The first and lowest bid you can make for the adoptable)

-The minimum raise/increase (The minimum amount of money that you need to add to a previous bid to beat it)

-An Automatic-buy option and the price for an automatic buy. (This will automatically give you that character. If you can't compete with the other bidders, this option allows you to pay it all up front. First-come, first-serve in cases of automatic buys.)

:bulletyellow: I will also make a list of people who are the highest bidders per each character in the description. I will edit it often, so check back frequently to see if you're still the highest bidder! You can fold your bid if the price gets too high for you. In that case, the second highest bidder will become highest bidder.

3. to bid, simply comment on the deviation. give the Slot number for the character you are bidding for and  the price of your bid.

Ex: Say that the base price for the character you want is $3 USD. If the minimum increase per bid is $1, you must bid one more dollar. In your comment you would write: SLOT 1 - $4 USD if you only want to increase it the minimum amount.

Always go by the total price of the bid, not the amount you're increasing.

Ex: Say that the highest bidder has offered $5 USD and you want to bid a total of $7 to out-bid that bidder. You would not write in your comment: "SLOT 1 $2 USD." instead, you would write the total of the entire bid:

"SLOT 1 $7 USD."

If you are going for an automatic buy, comment that you wish to "automatically buy -insert Slot # here-."

4.   If you decide to fold, please comment: "I FOLD for SLOT #...." Folding means you're done bidding and you drop out of the contest.

Those are the rules for the most part!! Now on to payment info:

:la: PAYMENT INFORMATION: :la:

1. when the auction comes to a close, I will name the highest bidders in the description, and note you that you have won if you are highest bidder.

2. Once I have told you that you are highest bidder,  I will give you my PayPal email address so you can pay.

3. When you go to pay using paypal, please add a special note to the payment that says who you are and which slot you won.

4. Once I have received payment, the character is OFFICIALLY SOLD. No one may pay anymore. The character has become yours!!! :)

I sincerely hope that I have made my rules clear. :) If they are not, please ask me any questions you may have. Here is a page I found helpful about adoptable auctions:

And Here is how PayPal works:

Other than that, Thank you very much for participating!!! I am grateful for your cooperation!
