Think about it... Shiina Ringo sings in French sometimes, and a Japanese ambassador going to a Spanish-speaking country would speak Spanish.
This just shows how intellectual Hideaki is because he knows another language, even though I'm not sure how that plays in a fictional ninja world, but who the eff cares. And, the Naruto Tensei doujin had a French Restaurant scene too, so yeah...
But the 'random' spanish was funneh-CUTE!!!
